Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bizsynq handles information in connection with this website, the private preview, and any Nuclius-powered product surfaces made available for evaluation.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Bizsynq website, private preview materials, and related evaluation interactions. Public signup, billing, production onboarding, and self-service customer accounts are not enabled yet. A separate agreement may apply if Bizsynq provides paid services, production access, or custom system delivery.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with Bizsynq, we may collect:

  • Contact details, such as name, company, role, email, and phone number.
  • Business requirements, workflows, goals, constraints, and project context.
  • Messages, feedback, files, or other content you choose to provide.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral data, timestamps, and security logs.
  • Preview usage data, such as pages opened, links clicked, feature areas reviewed, and errors encountered.

3. Information you should not submit in preview

The current preview is not a public onboarding system and should not be used to submit credentials, payment information, government identifiers, health information, children's data, regulated customer data, production secrets, or confidential third-party material unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether Bizsynq is a fit.
  • Understand business needs and prepare custom system recommendations.
  • Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website and preview surfaces.
  • Develop Bizsynq and Nuclius features, documentation, workflows, and safeguards.
  • Maintain audit, security, compliance, and abuse-prevention records.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

5. Sources of information

We may collect information directly from you, from your company, from your browser or device, from hosting and security providers, and from business tools or integrations that you authorize in a separate engagement.

6. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that host, secure, operate, analyze, or support the site.
  • Professional advisers, such as legal, accounting, compliance, or security advisers.
  • Third-party tools or providers used in an authorized customer evaluation or engagement.
  • Authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, systems, or users.
  • Successors or counterparties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.

Bizsynq does not sell personal information through the current preview. The current static site code does not include public signup, billing collection, or embedded advertising scripts.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The current static marketing pages do not include a custom cookie banner or in-page tracking script. Hosting, security, browser, or network providers may still process standard technical data needed to deliver, cache, secure, and measure basic service operation.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, business communication, security, legal, audit, and product-development purposes. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the context in which it was provided, legal requirements, and whether a separate customer agreement applies.

9. Security

Nuclius is being developed with governed approvals, evidence, and policy boundaries, but the preview should not be treated as a production customer environment. No website or network can be guaranteed secure, and you should not submit sensitive data unless appropriate safeguards and agreements are in place.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about certain processing. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sharing or marketing where applicable. Bizsynq will evaluate requests under applicable law and any governing customer agreement.

11. Children

Bizsynq is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about children through the website or preview.

12. International use

Bizsynq may process information in the United States and other locations where its providers operate. If you access the site from outside your home jurisdiction, your information may be processed under laws that differ from those in your location.

13. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, services, or tools. Bizsynq is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that it does not control.

14. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated as Bizsynq adds formal onboarding, account management, production customer services, or new data practices. The updated date will show when the page was last changed.

15. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the Bizsynq contact channel provided to you during preview access or customer evaluation.
