2. Current preview status
Bizsynq is presented as a private preview. Public signup, billing, production customer onboarding, and self-service account creation are not enabled yet. Any production use, paid engagement, support obligation, service level, data-processing commitment, or commercial deliverable must be covered by a separate written agreement.
3. What Bizsynq provides
Bizsynq markets and develops custom AI operating systems for businesses. Nuclius is the governed system used to help plan, review, and deliver controlled work. Site content, demos, previews, and product surfaces are provided so potential customers can understand the offer, evaluate fit, and review the current direction.
4. Accounts and access
If preview access is offered, it may be limited, revoked, modified, or suspended at any time. You are responsible for keeping any access information confidential and for any activity conducted through access made available to you or your organization.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, attack, or bypass controls in the site, Command Center preview, repository, infrastructure, or any connected service. Bizsynq, Nuclius, site designs, software, workflows, copy, logos, product concepts, and related materials are owned by Bizsynq or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own business content. If you provide ideas, feedback, suggestions, or requests, Bizsynq may use them to improve the product and services without owing compensation, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Bizsynq may use AI-assisted systems during planning, review, or delivery. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by qualified people before use. Bizsynq does not promise that preview output is error-free, production-ready, compliant for a particular industry, or suitable for use without human review.
