Services Provided Bizsynq offers an all-in-one business management platform that includes, but is not limited to, AI Voice & Personal Agents, CRM & Pipeline Management, Marketing Automation, Website & Funnel Builder, Appointment Booking & Calendars, Lead Generation Tools, Client Communication, Memberships & Communities, Analytics & Reporting, Integrations, Project Management & Team Collaboration, Invoicing & Payments, and Reputation Management.

3. User Responsibilities Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm Bizsynq or its users.

4. Subscription and Plans: Bizsynq offers subscription plans, including Bizsynq Basic, Bizsynq Pro, and Bizsynq Elite and, Humble Ventures Community, each with specific features and pricing. Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partial use or non-use of services. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and data on the Platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of Bizsynq or its licensors and are protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of LiabilityBizsynq is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is," and Bizsynq makes no warranties regarding its functionality or availability.

7. Modifications to Terms Bizsynq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
